You know, the Obama administration has been in the dark spotlight for several weeks now.  First it was the Cambridge police acting stupidly, then it was Cash for Clunkers falling apart, now it's health care reform falling apart due to angry constituents.  I don't recall a break in the news cycle that took that dark spotlight off of him! 

I have to imagine that he is praying for one of those tropical storms to wreak havoc down south, and I'm sure NBC and CNN are poised for wall to wall coverage as soon as a utility shed is blown over by these 'very serious strong gusts of wind.'

There's nothing like a national emergency to take the spotlight off of a battered politician.  September 11th saved Gary Condit from further scrutiny, and this time last year President Bush didn't have to 'get too close' to McCain during the convention due to hurricane Gustav.

Yep, all we need is for Obama to look the other way while terrorists save him from the media microsope.  Maybe a hurricane that can swing towared Louisiana.  Whatever it is, it's comming soon.....'casue I don't think Obama can handle his approval numbers falling as fast as my household income.
